Who remembers this LP? Absolutely ubiquitous when it came out. I got it for my Christmas present that year and think about half my friends did too - as well as the aspiring Tony Blackburn who did our youth club discos. A good bit of seasonal marketing on the part of its company and compilers - and a great piece of work by whoever designed the gloriously garish sleeve. Obviously 'Bullshit Detector', 'Neuengamme' and 'The House Sound of Chicago' are a lot cooler but '20 of Another Kind' shall always hold fond memories in my nascent musical palette while its reversed typewriter typography and torn paper background overlays definitely made a lasting influence on my graphic aesthetic.
